EXECUTIVE, LEGAL

Responsibilities:

  • Reporting and assisting Director of Legal in respect of all legal matters concerning the Company and its subsidiaries.
  • To draft and review Legal documents in the best interest of the company and its subsidiaries.
  • To provide Legal opinion/advice to the company and its subsidiaries on any issue pertaining to legal matters.
  • Conduct Legal Research and keep abreast of developments and changes in new legislation relevant to the Operations & Business of the Company and its subsidiaries.
  • To liaise with external lawyers on all legal matters.

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Law (LLB) and called to the Malaysian Bar.
  • Minimum 3 years relevant working experience as a practicing lawyer or in-house legal counsel.
  • Good knowledge in Corporate, Contractual matters and property transactions.
  • Computer literate with proficient in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Excel are essential.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with good command of English (both in written and communication).
  • Resourceful, meticulous and able to do multi task with strong analytical and good conflict management skills.
  • Team player with high level of integrity and professionalism.

ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR
STRATEGIC PLANNING AND INVESTMENT
(2 VACANCIES)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Identify, explore and evaluate new investment opportunities and ascertain their strategic fit for the Group’s short and long term objectives.
  • Leading and be involved in strategic corporate investments activities.
  • Coordinating and assisting in key transactional activities.
  • Coordinating and assisting in corporate business planning activities.
  • Organize and participate in investor relations activities including preparation of information packs, meeting substantial/ major shareholders and research analysts, organising roadshows, meetings, corporate events and briefing sessions and tracking shareholder register.
  • Managing the relationships with various stakeholders including internal senior management team and board of directors; and external parties including investment bankers, lawyers, investors, advisors and relevant authorities.
  • Assist in the development of the skills, knowledge and capabilities of the department including people development, development and adherence of department SOPs, etc.
  • Carry out any other duties, tasks or assignment which will be directed / assigned by the Director, Management and Board of Directors from time to time.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Finance/ Accountancy/ Banking/ Business/ Economy or equivalent from reputable universities.
  • Minimum eight (8) years working experience with relevant exposure in corporate, finance and investment matters in commercial organization.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Resourceful, meticulous, analytical, innovative and able to work independently.
  • Excellent written and communication skills.
  • Computer literate.
  • Willingness to work extra hours to complete projects.

MANAGER
INVESTOR RELATIONS

Job Responsibilities:

  • Establish strong relationship with the investment community.
  • Manage all investor relations activities and programs.
  • Plan and organize investor relations roadshows, seminar, conferences and analyst/ investors meetings.
  • Prepare materials for analyst briefing, investor relations updates, news release and management reports.
  • Prepare analyst report and research data pertaining to industry and economy for the management.
  • Monitor and track analyst reports and provide periodic updates to the management.
  • Prepare materials and support in preparation of the company Annual Report.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Degree in Corporate Communication / Business Administration / Public Relations / Finance / Accountancy / Economy or related discipline or equivalent from reputable universities.
  • At least 5 years of working experience in a public listed company.
  • Experience in financial analysis or investor relations will be advantageous.
  • Proficient spoken and written English, have good communications and writing skills.
  • Meticulous, analytical and result-oriented.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications especially Ms Excel, Ms Power Point, etc.
